This course is designed for anyone who wants to build a stronger foundation in personal and workplace safety, regardless of professional background. It's well-suited for general staff, frontline employees, community members, or any organization looking to establish a shared safety baseline across their team.

You will understand how to establish a behavioral baseline in your environment, recognize meaningful deviations from that baseline, and apply a structured, repeatable observation process in everyday settings. The goal is to move from passive awareness to intentional, informed observation.

The online version is 1 hour, and the instructor-led version is two hours. We recommend completing the online version in one or two focused sittings rather than all at once to support better retention.
