What you will learn
A 16-hour, two-course instructor-led program that equips security investigators with a science-based approach to interview planning, evidence use, credibility assessment, and defensible decision-making in investigative interviews with adult subjects — including subjects, witnesses, and employees. The program translates validated behavioral research into practical, repeatable skills for immediate application.
The training includes lectures, video-based exercises, case studies, group discussions, and practical application of planning tools. The program concludes with application of techniques to participants' current cases as a capstone.

Prerequisites: Course 1 is a prerequisite for Course 2 — courses can be scheduled consecutively or separately.

Research Note: The REP Model was developed through collaboration with Dr. Christopher Kelly of Saint Joseph's University, including literature reviews, focus groups with practitioners from law enforcement, corrections, intelligence, and child protection, and systematic field studies using actual interviews.
