Your ability to identify an active threat is based on the identification of deviations from the baseline.

3. Identifying a person of interest (poi).

Through simultaneous assessments of deviations, roles, and objectives, you can identify a person of interest.

4. Assessing threat indicators.

A person of interest should be observed for behavioral threat indicators to assess if they are a threat or carrying a concealed weapon.

5. Planning & conducting an interdiction.
